• Served by Dublin Express 782 route, Arran Quay stop is 400m from our front doors.
• The quays operate as a one way system. Arriving from the airport you can alight at Usher's Quay and cross the River Liffey, approx 750m walk saving a few minutes as the bus has to proceed to Heuston Station before crossing the river, turn and arrive at Arran Quay.

Aircoach 

• Aircoarch route 700 via the city centre stop on O’Connell Street is a 15-minute walk to our hotel.

Taxi

• Taxis are available from ranks outside each terminal. Journey time is approx. 30 minutes and you can expect to pay around €30 (meter dependent).

• The Luas red line Smithfield stop is located just 2 minutes’ walk from the hotel.
• When you arrive at the Smithfield stop you will see Smithfield square behind you.

The multi-storey car-park adjoining Maldron Hotel Smithfield can be accessed from Queen Street and hotel residents receive special discounted parking rates from just €18 for 24 hours.

How does the parking system work?

On arrival, you will need to collect the parking ticket for the barrier to open. Please keep it safe throughout your stay and don’t forget to validate it at the hotel reception on departure. Once validated, drive up to the car park exit barrier in -1 level and settle the amount due at the pay station located beside the parking attendant’s desk.

Where do I validate the ticket to receive a special rate?

You can validate your ticket at the hotel reception.

Which parking level should I use?

Please drive down to -2 level as this is the level where you will have direct access to the hotel (please follow Maldron signage for direct hotel access).

Can I get in and out as many times as I need?

Yes, however, it would not be financially effective as you would need to pay every time you leave parking and collect another ticket on your return.

How do I pay for the car park?

You can drive up to the car park exit barrier in -1 level and settle the amount due at the pay station located beside the parking attendant’s desk.

What if I have an issue with parking?

Any queries can be directed to the parking attendant’s desk during their opening hours (7.00am to 12.00am midnight), or alternatively you can speak to the hotel reception team and we will assist where possible.
