The hotel entrance is on Cannon Place, if you require step free access, please use the alternative entrance on St Margaret's Place this will also take you directly into the hotel reception.

Our restaurant, bar, and reception are all on the ground level and fully step-free. Lifts are available to all bedroom floors, except the 7th floor, which is accessible via a flight of stairs.
All meeting rooms are located on a dedicated floor that is step-free and accessible by lift from the hotel reception.
We’re right on Brighton’s glorious seafront, just a 2-minute walk from the Brighton Conference Centre, less than 10-minutes’ walk to Brighton Pier and a 15-minute walk from Brighton’s mainline train station.

Maldron Hotel Brighton offers free cancellation up to 2pm the day before arrival on flexible rates. Advanced purchase and some special offers and key dates may specify a special cancellation policy, these will be clearly outlined in the terms & conditions.
Please note that if you have booked an advance purchase rate (as detailed in the rate description), special terms and conditions apply. Your booking cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded and full pre-payment may be taken from your credit card prior to arrival. In the event of a non-arrival, your credit card will be charged for this stay.
Reservations booked on third party websites and online travel agents have their own cancellation policies, please refer to your confirmation email.
Most of our room types will accommodate a cot.

No, pets are not allowed at the hotel, except for guide dogs and service animals.

Cash payments are welcome in our hotel. If you choose to pay in cash upon arrival, a security deposit in the form of cash or a pre authorisation on a credit or debit card will be requested, along with photo id.

All Day Dining at Grain & Grill available from 12pm-9pm daily. From light lunches to divine dinners, there’s something to suit all tastes. On our menus, have a wide range of options to choose from including vegan, vegetarian, and classic flavours from the grill.
Breakfast is served from 6.30am to 10.00am Monday to Friday & from 7.00am to 11.00am on Bank Holidays and Weekends.
The hotel has a dry gym, it is available to residents over 18 years old from 6am to 10pm daily.

The nearest car park to the hotel is the NCP Brighton Centre, located on Russell Road, which is adjacent to our hotel entrance. You can only access Russell Road from West Street and not from Cannon Place due to the one-way system.
Our hotel guests can benefit from a discounted price when using a promotional code on the NCP App in advance.
