Our leisure centres run an active program of fitness classes and training programmes throughout the year. Our gyms offer high energy classes such as Spinning and Kettlebells. If you’re looking to tone up or increase your strength then why not try our TRX, Tone & Sculpt or X-Fit classes. If it’s something less intense you’re looking for we also offer Yoga and Pilates.
