  • Detailed analysis of all distribution channels and implementation of an improvement plan to increase production
  • A review of potential websites and channels with which the hotel is not currently linked
  • Implementation of structured yield meetings
  • Implementation of daily/weekly forecasting tool
  • Analysis of market segmentation breakdown
  • Access to the DMS Central Reservations Office where there is a trained team in place to accept all overall calls from the Partner Hotel's in-house Reservations Department
